These terms govern your use of tacticallegacy.media (the "Site"), operated by Tactical Legacy Media Group ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using the Site
You may browse the Site, watch our content, subscribe to The Briefing and use our forms for lawful purposes. You may not try to disrupt or break into the Site or its services, collect content from it in bulk, submit false information, or use the Site to send spam.
Educational content
Our episodes, articles and product descriptions are for educational purposes. They are not legal, medical or professional advice, and they do not replace formal safety training, local laws, or your own judgment. Always follow local laws and safe-handling practices. You are responsible for how you use any information from the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including episodes, videos, articles, graphics, photos, product designs and text, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. So do the names and logos "Tactical Legacy", "Tactical Legacy 76" and "TL76". You may watch our content and share links to our pages and videos. You may not copy, republish, modify or sell our content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. Short quotations with credit are allowed where the law permits. Episodes on YouTube are also subject to YouTube's terms.
Your submissions
Information you send through the inquiry form or the newsletter ("submissions") must be accurate, and you must have the right to send it. By sending a submission you allow us to use it to reply to you and to manage our communications with you. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, and do not send confidential information. The inquiry form is not a secure channel. Sending a submission does not create a partnership, sponsorship or any obligation on our part, and we may not reply to every message.
The Briefing (newsletter)
Every subscription must be confirmed by clicking a link in an email we send to the address you entered. You can unsubscribe at any time from any Briefing email or from the unsubscribe page. The Briefing covers new episodes, merch drops and safety tips, and only when we have something worth sending.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube, social media platforms and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Merchandise
- Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, designs and availability at any time before we confirm an order.
- You are not charged on the Site. To order, use "Order This Item", which opens an email to shop [at] tacticallegacy.media. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you by email.
- Payment, shipping, delivery times, taxes, returns and refunds are arranged with you when we confirm your order. Our return and refund terms are not yet published on the Site, so please ask shop [at] tacticallegacy.media before you order.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid us nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, or change or stop any part of the Site, at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tactical Legacy Media Group is organized.
